A separate registration form must be filled out for EACH CHILD attending.

After you submit this form, you’ll be taken to our PAYMENT PAGE, where you can submit payment with a major credit card. Please note that your space is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
On the first day of camp, you will be asked to sign a copy of this form during morning drop-off.
